Great service from Mike who tackled an emergency electrical job promptly and with real persistence when it turned out to be more complicated that first expected.

Emergency call out for lights blowing at weekend. Needed ASAP as registered severely sight impaired. Arrived to time stated and cost as quoted. Job well done.

Had a socket fuse which stopped the electric supply to other sockets, but Mike came out and within a couple of hours the problem was solved! Really efficient and friendly and would definitely recommend!

After our electricity cutting out just as we were heading to bed, Mike arrived with in an hour to resolve the issue. He was very friendly and efficient, and sent his colleague (Vijay) a few days later to replace a part on our fuse box, who was also great.

I have used this company twice. Once for an emergency call out when Mike came in a couple of hours, identified the problem and got the electricity up and running again. Secondly to move some switches and light fittings which Vijay did in a friendly, professional manner and cleaned up immaculately. A good job done.

Mike and Vijay, his Engineer, attended my property to fix a faulty front door light and put in a security spotlight to light up the stairs leading to the front door. Vijay diagnosed the faulty door light quickly and efficiently and quickly got it working. Mike assessed the positioning of the spotlight, gave me a few suggestions and within a couple of hours the job was done. Unfortunately, the position I chose shone into a neighbour's back kitchen and he wasn't very happy, also the spotlight seemed to remain on without turning off. When I explained the problem to Mike he was more then happy to return and check for another position and check the wiring. He came up with a better location for a re-fit and gave me a choice of one of 2 brackets required to provide best coverage. He then returned a 3rd time fixed the wiring issue and re-positioned the spotlight which gave excellent coverage exactly where we wanted it! Mike did not charge for the additional visits, the total cost was very reasonable, and he was 300% dedicated to make sure I, the customer, was happy with the excellent end result. He is extremely pleasant do deal with, totally focused on customer solutions and a true professional. Mike is my Go-To-Guy for anything electrical and in the future I expect to call on his services for a complete fusebox re-fit and new sockets with USB outputs. Brilliant!
